Customer Policies for Miniaday Designs, LLC


At Miniaday Designs, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a pleasant shopping experience. To ensure this, we have developed the following customer policies:

Delivery

We offer made-to-order products, which usually take 3–7 days to fulfill, after which they are shipped. We do not store products in a warehouse. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, allowing us to print and ship your orders efficiently.

Shipping Time

The shipping time depends on your location, but we estimate that orders within the USA will take 3–4 business days after the order is processed for the manufacturer to create the product; shipping occurs once the product is made. The process may take 2-3 weeks depending on location’s of the manufacturer and travel time.  For international orders, an additional customs and tax fee may be charged by your local customs office, which is not in our control.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please do the following before getting in touch with us:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.

If you have done the above and still have not received your order, please contact us at infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com with your order number. If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Received a wrong/damaged product

If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please email us at infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details about your order. We will investigate the issue and sort it out for you.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns and exchanges, but we will make an exception if something is wrong with your order. If you receive the wrong items or damaged items, please contact us at infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items and your order number, and we will sort it out for you.

Refunds are only offered in the event of wrong or damaged items. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded, and sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We do not offer exchanges, but we will make an exception if an item you ordered was mislabeled. If you are unsure about which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, which are available for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. If you receive a mislabeled item, please contact us at infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you are shipping a return item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
